Absolutely adored the coconut air wafting through the lobby! Our room was a dream with a cozy fireplace and huge TV. The tranquil vibe was just perfect for unwinding away from the hustle.
But darling, the mattress was as hard as my mother-in-law's stares. forget about fun parking maneuvers. it felt like a game of Frogger just to leave the place!

Perfect Location and Great Amenities
I had a wonderful stay in a King Pool Facing Guest Room. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the pool area provided a lively atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was enjoyable. One downside was the parking, which could get a bit challenging during peak times.

missingWrote a review on 28 Novinflated prices
The price point can sting, especially with inflated drink costs like $58 for three beers. The single-ply toilet tissue felt unimpressive against the overall room quality—definitely an area needing improvement. Also, certain room layouts might mislead you regarding proximity to common areas. asking for a specific location might be a good idea to avoid long walks from the elevator.

I loved the beautiful decor throughout the property, and the peaceful ambiance created by the lovely river views. The accessibility features, like ramps and wide walkways, made navigating the hotel very easy for us seniors.
More seating options near the river would be nice.

Overall, we had a memorable experience during our stay celebrating a special occasion. The views from our balcony of the mountains were breathtaking, and the breakfast each morning was timely and delicious. Although we had some hiccups with the spa appointments and room service, the staff's effort to accommodate us made a positive difference. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions like the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Gatlinburg Space Needle without any hassle.

The location in Gatlinburg is perfect, just a short walk from all attractions. The outdoor pool felt like a slice of paradise. Kids splashed around while I enjoyed a delicious margarita. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the river. I appreciated the amenities, especially the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. However, the food pricing at the restaurant seemed a bit high. A 20 oz soda costing nearly four bucks felt too steep. Also, parking felt cramped during peak hours, but overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The hotel decor gave off a charming vibe, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
